    How do I record a video on an SD card?
Once Micro-SD card is inserted into Eagle-I™, the SD Card will become default memory holder of the
video being recorded.
 
       
    How do I transfer video from Eagle-I™ to my PC?  
    Power on the Eagle-I™ and plug the USB cable to the Eagle-I™ and then connect to the PC. A green light
will light up on Eagle-I™ and the computer will recognize Eagle-I™ as a USB storage disk.
 
       
    How do I charge the Eagle-I™ battery?  
    Make sure Eagle-I™ is turned off. Plug the USB cable to Eagle-I™ and then connect to the PC. A red light
will light up indicate that Eagle-I™ is charging. The red light will turn off when the battery is fully
charged.
 
       
    How do I play the video file on Computer?  
    Media program such as Quick Time can play.3gp video files.  
       
    When I capture a specific frame of video, can I use it with a photo viewing or editing program such as Paint, iPhoto or Photoshop Elements?  
    You can open in any viewing or editing program that supports 3GP format.  
       
    I accidentally deleted a video. Can I get it back?  
    No, unfortunately, once a video has been deleted from Eagle-I™ or computer, it cannot be retrieved. The
information is permanently erased from the memory on your Eagle-I™ or computer.
 
       
    Is Eagle-I™ compatible with Mac Computers?  
    No, the Eagle-I™ is not compatible with Mac.  
       
    Why won’t Eagle-I™ turn off?  
    The button may have been pushed down too long. Try pressing for a few seconds. If the problem
persists then use a small pin to reset the Eagle-I™.
 
       
    Why does the Eagle-I ™turn off when I boot it up?  
    The battery may be low or Memory may be full to capacity. When battery is low on Eagle-I™, it must be
charged. When memory is at full capacity, plug Eagle-I™ in to PC via USB cord and save to a file on PC.
Once files are saved on PC, delete files on the Eagle-I™ allowing further videos to be recorded.
